 I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for taking us on as a new customer last week when we had to purchase a new A/C unit for our home! 

I appreciate the promptness in which our needs were handled and the quick and efficient way your guys installed the unit!  I really felt for them as they worked in the exhausting heat of last Friday, which made me even more appreciative of their work. 

In this day and time, we hardly take the time to recognize when people do good work...we tend to recognize only when things are not done to our expectations.  That is why I just wanted to reiterate the good job your guys did.
